25hours Hotels das Tour
Conference hotel ContactDüsseldorf’s new urban development ‘Le Quartier Central’ inspired the creative minds behind the 25hours hotel group – Swedish agency Stylt Trampoli – to come up with a truly unusual design concept: In ‘Das Tour’ – the name of the 17-storey new-build hotel – German engineering skills meet French artistic flair. In concrete terms this means: in the German rooms, the design is dominated by straight lines and light colours; the French ‘chambres’ on the other hand, exude playful charm. A literal highlight: the view from the bar on the very top floor, where guests and locals come to enjoy a Chablis or a French Highball at sunset. One floor below, lovers of French cuisine are served oysters or bouillabaisse, while the 14th floor is devoted to relaxation. This is where you will find the spa area which also boasts views across the city. On the ground floor, in contrast, things are pretty lively: a French café, a kiosk and a bicycle shop generate plenty of ‘trafic’. Even though it might look that way, it’s not only all about pleasure at the 25hours Hotels Das Tour: The hotel’s four conference rooms with seating for around seventy people offer adequate space for focused working.
