Eventresidenz

This building on Bahnstraße – a side street off Königsallee – served as a cinema for almost a century. A new era began, however, at the turn of the millennium: The property was turned into a disco and event venue which since then have operated under the respective names of Nachtresidenz and Eventresidenz. The owners rightly guessed that B2B events would also work well in a place that appealed to night owls. Today, the property’s 700-square-metre domed hall regularly provides a spectacular setting for high-end events and conventions.
