Marion Klose has been supporting the Düsseldorf Convention team since the end of last year, assisting with the active marketing of the state capital as a convention and conference destination.

Although Marion Klose is new to the team, she’s no newbie: born in the Rhineland, she has already headed up tourism organisations in various cities and has been working with Düsseldorf Tourismus in the area of travel for some years. She is now bringing her experience to bear as part of the team around Christian Ortlepp, promoting the state capital Düsseldorf as a convention and conference location. Marion Klose is the contact for all event planners – be it with regard to small groups or large-scale conventions – and she knows the city inside out. Thanks to her regular dialogue with hoteliers, event venue providers and service providers, she is always full of good ideas for organising distinctively individual events.
